During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, equipped with modern amenities and a cozy bed. the high-quality service provided by the attentive and friendly staff made my stay even better. the location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was situated in a vibrant area with easy access to public transportation and various shops and restaurants.
the breakfast buffet lacked variety and international options, which was disappointing.

Located close to Bar Street, this hotel provides easy access to a wide range of bars and nightclubs. the underground station is also conveniently close, making transportation a breeze. the spacious rooms are spotless and the bathrooms well equipped, providing a comfortable stay. the friendly staff go out of their way to make guests feel at home, and the breakfast buffet is extensive, catering to all tastes.
The smoking policy needs to be better enforced, with some guests ignoring the designated non-smoking areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Neil, the Customer Service Manager, were always on hand to attend to any needs or concerns I had. The bellhop and concierge staff were extremely helpful and provided valuable suggestions for sightseeing and shopping. On my arrival, the front desk efficiently checked me in and I was quickly settled into my clean and spacious room. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport via the subway.
There was nothing I didn't like.

the Spa & Wellness Centre was top, notch, and I indulged in a relaxing massage and facial. the indoor swimming pool was heated, and the sun loungers made it the perfect place to unwind.
One minor issue was the slow internet in the room, which proved to be frustrating. the staff was prompt in addressing the issue and provided an alternative solution.

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at the hotel. They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met when it came to transportation and local recommendations. They even helped me find English-speaking locals when there was a language barrier. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was convenient, close to the underground station, and within walking distance of the Silk Street market and the Temple of Heaven.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Spent Easter Weekend here and it was amazing. The hotel room was clean with fresh towels every day, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffets with a lot of different options to choose from. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We especially appreciated the hotel's shuttle service to nearby attractions.
The noise level from outside the hotel. There was a lot of traffic throughout the night which made it hard to sleep, even with the windows closed.

This hotel is great for those looking for a luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities, including the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna, are top-notch. I especially enjoyed the massage and facial treatments at the treatment room. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers are perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the restaurant offers delicious cuisine and the in-room breakfast was convenient. the private facilities are also a plus. the location is ideal, close to public transportation and shopping areas.
The only issue I had was with the service. While some staff members were helpful, others struggled with communication and had difficulty understanding my needs.
